The Mock Wedding was a tremendous success, with over 200 people attending the reception/dinner, held in The Golden Thatch, Emly, Co. Tipperary on Friday 11th Feb. 2000. Paschal O'Connell got "married" to Marie O' Sullivan in a service performed by Liam Ryan.
